Graduated in Pedagogy and Doctor in Educational Psychology from the University of Malaga, Professor Juan Leiva Olivencia holds a Master"s Degree in European Counselor for Multicultural Affairs (Comenius Project of the European Commission) from the State College of Teacher Education in Linz (Austria). He is an expert in Community Intervention and Social Welfare (University of Malaga), as well as in Programming, Design, and Development of Distance Education with New Technologies by the University of Granada and Virtual Training Environments (University of Malaga). He has participated in different investigations in the field of intercultural education.

Aras Bozkurt is a researcher and faculty member in the Department of Distance Education, Open Education Faculty at Anadolu University, Turkey. He holds MA and Ph.D. degrees in distance education. Dr. Bozkurt conducts empirical studies on distance education, open and distance learning, online learning, and networked learning to which he applies various critical theories, such as connectivism, rhizomatic learning, and pedagogy. He is also interested in emerging research paradigms, including social network analysis, sentiment analysis, and data mining.

Specialized in Information Systems and Technologies, Professor Alfonso Infante Moro is the director of the Virtual Teaching Unit of the University of Huelva from 2003-2013, Co-founder of the publishing house of scientific journals United Academic Journals (UA Journals) and Editor of the journals Virtual Campuses, International Journal of Information Systems and Software Engineering for Big Companies (IJISEBC) and Certiuni Journal. He is also the vice president of the Virtual Campus University Network, Co-director of the International Conference on Virtual Campuses and organizing member of the International Conference on Software Engineering for Large Corporations. Dr. Bo Chang has a master’s in adult education from East China Normal University focusing on training and human resource development. She obtained her Ph.D. in adult education from the University of Georgia, focusing on adult learning from the sociological approach. She is also interested in postmodernism and case studies. Her dissertation is a case study of knowledge construction in a learning community. Bo Chang has taught adult learners and facilitated training programs for adults in a variety of contexts. She has investigated study circles in Sweden, Highlander Education in America, and learning communities in China and published many articles in the areas of adult learning, training, and adult education.
